Subseries consists of correspondence, reports, audio-visual material, photographs, slides, minutes and other records for a variety of Junior League of Calgary projects.
The fonds consists of charter and incorporation documents, correspondence, minutes, financial reports, conference and seminar records, yearbooks, planning records, surveys, and chapter newsletters. Also included are rosters of the Calgary chapter and other chapters, and various AMS publications.
Administrative Management Society. Calgary ChapterThe fonds consists of A.E.'s teaching certificates and agreements, and homestead documents; photographs of the Willock and Cox families, and Pincher Creek area and personalities; recorded reminiscences of Mabel Cox Sykes about her family and nursing (1973); and A.E.'s extensive correspondence as Dominion Land sub-agent (1897- 1907) and as agent for the Calgary and Edmonton Land Company (1899-1911). Includes minutes of the Ancient Order of United Workmen, Castle View Lodge No. 43 (1903-1905). Also includes list of lands for sale on the Peigan reserve (1913).

Cross familyFonds consists of records pertaining to Alan MacDonald's roles within the library at the University of Calgary and Dalhousie University, records pertaining to his uncle Wallace (silent film star and Hollywood producer), his father Vincent (lawyer, Dean of Law at Dalhousie University, civil servant, judge), records pertaining to the Calgary Aerospace Museum which MacDonald was actively involved with in retirement, and family-related papers.

MsC 106 is a draft of A gift to last, revised by co-author Walter J. Learning in 1989. MsC 119 consists of promotional material for a production of Frankenstein : the man who became god. Nowlan's work after his death in 1983; and twenty-four sound recordings of interviews, radio broadcasts of A. Nowlan's works, tributes paid to the author and other miscellaneous events. Accession 569/95.5 consists of material relating to A. Nowlan including v. 2, no. 4, Summer 1963 issue of Amethyst devoted to him.
Nowlan, AldenThe fonds consists of photographs of Lethbridge Experimental Station and projects (1911-1942), soil erosion in Alberta and Saskatchewan (1930s), and agricultural views; discussion notes on irrigation for experimental station staff seminars and meetings (1933-1949); and Alex's papers on agriculture for the station (nd). Also consists of research materials including photographs of southern Alberta in the 1890s to 1910s, Alex's address on the history of the Western Stock Growers' Association (1971), and recorded conference on the Mounted Police held at University of Lethbridge (1974). Includes recorded Glenbow Foundation staff conference (1959), manuscript of "Indians of the Western Plains" by Mike Mountain Horse (1936), and miscellany.
Johnston, AlexanderThe fonds consists of correspondence pertaining to his appointment as librarian, his article on the Calgary Public Library, a transcript of an interview with him, and an oral autobiography he recorded ca. 1975. Also includes interviews conducted by Donna Lohnes and Barbara Nicholson of three of Calhoun's associates, Aylmer Liesemer, Jim Pegg, and Kay Snow.
