Fonds consists of parish records of baptisms, confirmations, marriages and burials; communicant rolls; parish histories; records of services; correspondence; minutes; financial records; and other miscellaneous material. Not all records are extant for all parishes; records vary significantly from parish to parish. Fonds also includes an appendix, MsC 284, consisting of material relating to Morse L. Goodman, 5th Anglican Bishop of Calgary: sketches of St. Martin's Church, Livingston, Alberta, St. James Church, and St. Ambrose Church, Redcliff, Alberta; framed photograph of an unidentifired church procession; framed certificate of greeting from parish of Christ Church, Edmonton, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary, April 1, 1979.

Fonds consists of transcripts of radio broadcasts by Radio Japan (1968-1970) and Radio Moscow (1967-1972). Also includes issues of Owen Sound Sun, Women's Patriotic edition (1916 April 1), which lists Grey County, Ont., enlisted men; Chicago Herald Examiner, Canadian edition (1927 November 20), which discusses proposed amendments to the Canadian Constitution; and CIPAC (Copyrights, Inventions and Patents Association of Canada) (1975 October and 1976 February), for which A. Koyich was contributing editor.

Fonds consists of the first and second reports as submitted by the Commissioners, the verbatim transcripts of hearings held at various points across the country (including an index to these transcripts) and submissions from over 100 individuals, corporations and interest groups.

The fonds consists of records created or received by the staff of the Canadian Parks Council. These include correspondence and administration files related to the organization and maintenance of the Council, including the structuring of the secretariat and the coordinator’s position. Many of the records relate to the annual Canadian Parks Council conferences that have been held since 1962. There are also minutes and other records pertaining to Ministers’, Deputy Ministers’, and Director’s meetings, as well as a variety of committee meetings. The fonds also includes records pertaining to special projects and initiatives undertaken by the Canadian Parks Council including the Parks Management Course, Parks Day, as well as the liaison with other related organizations.

Collection consists of typescript notes for various nursing courses taught at the Holy Cross School of Nursing, 1936-1939 (some notes contain holograph annotation "E. Duncan Class IIIB"); notes on haemotology and laboratory procedures; miscellaneous nursing journals.

Fonds consists of letters from family and friends; memorabilia; material relating to the Ranchmen's Club; diary, 1906-1913, written by Katherine Ballentine Coutts (1854-1929), G.B. Coutts's mother, in the same volume with text on legal matters which is in a different and unidentified hand, possibly that of John B. Coutts, G.B. Coutts's father; and letters and newsclippings removed from books donated to the University of Calgary Library from G.B. Coutts's book collection.

Stallworthy's brother Bill in England and his wife Hilda, much of it written from various R.C.M.P. detachments and including official reports and documents; manuscripts of articles and lectures on the North; material about H. Stallworthy including personal documents, newsclippings and articles; Hilda Stallworthy's diaries, daily journals and notebooks; miscellaneous material; and slides and negatives of northern scenes. Fonds also includes copies of H. Stallworthy's R.C.M.P. service and medical files obtained from the R.C.M.P. Archives in Ottawa, Ontario, by William Barr as additional sources for his biography Red serge and polar bear pants : the biography of Harry Stallworthy, RCMP (Edmonton : The University of Alberta Press, 2004).

Collection consists of submissions made by various companies in the oil industry to the Alberta Petroleum and Natural Gas Conservation Board and the National Energy Board relating to the exportation of natural gas and crude oil from Alberta to Eastern Canada and the United States via proposed pipelines. Includes geological and engineering data, projections of Canadian market requirements, reserve estimates, financial projections, facility descriptions, etc. Companies making submissions include among others Trans-Canada Pipe Lines Ltd., Westcoast Transmission Co. Ltd., Alberta and Southern Gas Co. Ltd. and Canadian-Montana Pipe Line Co. Collection also includes several submissions to the Royal Commission on Energy in 1958.

Fonds consists of several manuscripts, chiefly describing the history and culture of the Stoney (Nakoda) Indian Tribe in Alberta, as well as providing biographical information and photographs of Tribe members; and manuscript of a talk, Sketch of Indians of Alberta, given to the Friends of the Indians Society, Edmonton, 1955. Manuscripts are inscribed to Otter Woman (Anne Downe).

Fonds consists of daily work reports which contain summaries of work done, routes travelled and weather conditions. Also includes two letters between J. Kovach and J. Dexter (1940 July). An introduction and diary excerpts edited by Thomas S. Sadler, Environmental Sciences Centre, University of Calgary, 1973, accompanies the material. Also contains a hardcopy finding aid in Box 1.

Includes correspondence and memoranda, 1950-1960; reports of medical surveys, 1956-1960; travel diaries; and hospital reports of Inuit tuberculosis cases. Also includes copies of L.E.C. Davies's The medical history of the Western Arctic Eskimo, 1771-1960 (typescript with mounted black and white photographs); script for a talk on tuberculosis; illustrated report of communities flooded near Hay Lake, 1963; and slides of the Yukon and Northwest Territories.
