Stevens and Mike Vitalli about the history of coal mining in the west; and an address by Lieutenant-Governor MacEwan to the 24th Canadian Conference on Coal.

Includes photographs of Coote, the Nanton area and UFA personalities. Also includes correspondence of the Canadian Chamber of Agriculture (1935-1939); and minutes and tax receipts of LID No. 8 (1907-1912).
