• Series consists of records pertaining to the organization, implementation and outcomes of the Reform Party’s assemblies. These events were the shared responsibility of the Communications and Policy departments.
• Includes planning manuals, official records of assemblies, French and English delegate packages, media clippings, organizational timelines, executive council nomination forms and ballots, resolutions and exposure drafts, minutes for the Assembly Resolutions Committee and the Nomination Committee and related material.

Subseries consists of video recordings of the proceedings at the Reform Association of Canada’s 1987 Assembly, the Reform Party of Canada’s assemblies and the United Alternative Party’s national conventions, including coverage of opening and closing ceremonies, speeches by the Party leader, keynote speakers and other Party officials, seminars and workshops, ballots, Executive Council and caucus question and answer periods, dinners, galas, and assembly or convention highlights.

Series consists of audio recordings of Reform Party events, speeches, interviews, training presentations and music, as well as recordings of interest to the Party because of the subject or speaker.

Series contains Calgary Centre Federal Liberal Association minutes, and fundraising information. Files may include minutes, correspondence, newsletters, clippings, etc.

Subseries consists of photographs from the various Reform campaigns, conference, convention, townhalls, and rallies.

Subseries consists of packages mailed or faxed to all candidates to keep them up to date on information relevant to the 1997 federal election and to issues such as party policy, fundraising, formation of task forces, methods of campaigning, leader’s tours, regional meetings, Elections Canada reporting requirements, and constituency polling. Includes memoranda, policy interpretation bulletins, press releases, speeches, and other related materials.

Subseries consists of records produced by and for the Reform Party’s standing and ad hoc committees. Includes agendas, minutes, attachments, correspondence, reports, legal and financial documents and other materials created during the course of the committees’ activities.

Series consists of records relating to the communications function required by the Party to inform its officers, staff, members, candidates, Members of Parliament and the general public about the Party’s activities.

Series consists of records relating to constituency development and election readiness including such issues as creating, developing and organising constituency associations and choosing and preparing candidates for election campaigns.

• Includes election planning and strategy files, constituency administrative manuals, campaign manuals, survey reports, correspondence, presentation material, reports, clippings relating to candidates, candidate information packages, regional organizers’ meeting minutes, election reports, nomination meeting guidelines, reference manual on election law for candidates, advertising plans, petitions for registration of the Reform Party, writ timelines, and other related materials.

Subseries consists of lists of individuals and companies who donated funds to the Party. The lists include such information as the contributor's names, identification number (assigned by the Party for its own recordkeeping purposes), address, the constituency the contributor resided in, phone numbers, amount donated, dates, and whether a "rebate" was given.

Subseries consists of correspondence (letters and e-mails) relating to a variety of topics, but primarily concerning membership, donations, policy issues, Party expansion, and administrative matters. The communications coordinator or staff in the department the correspondence related to – i.e. policy – wrote the majority of the responses to incoming mail. Also includes macros for caucus and national office use with templates for specific correspondence topics.

Subseries consists of records created and collected by the director of constituency development and election readiness, Virgil Anderson. Includes constituency rankings, expansion committee records, strategy and liaison committee records and relevant notes, election and planning retreat files, regional strategy reports and committee records, Quebec strategy files, nominated candidate lists, survey reports constituency rankings, regional office files, constituency polling records, campaign management committee files, candidate training seminar files and other related records.

• Subseries consists of early administrative records of the Reform Party primarily created prior to a reorganization of the Party’s main functions along departmental lines in 1991. During the early years of the Party there was no formal administrative structure and hence these records relating to constituency development, fundraising, financial tracking, communications and policy appear to have been created and maintained by the Chief Administrative Officer, Donna Larson, who also acted in the capacity of manager of fundraising and membership development.
• Includes area council minutes, head office bulletins, fundraising letters, Reform Fund Canada minutes, press releases, speeches, auditor’s reports, constituency development files, candidate recruitment records, budgets, cash flow/audit files, financial statements, speeches, Senate campaign records, the Party constitution, and related materials.

Series consists of ephemeral items, mainly used in publicizing the Party and its activities.

Subseries consists of records related to the administration of the Executive Council and various Executive Council positions such as correspondence, fundraising, assemblies, and memorabilia, mostly during the tenure of Diane Ablonczy as Chair of the Party.

Series consists of records created and accumulated by members of the Executive Council, the Executive Secretary who supported the Council and the Chair, and the Party’s standing and ad hoc committees.

Subseries consists of records created or retained by the Party’s Executive Directors. Includes correspondence to constituencies, party members and others, and records relating to staffing issues, constituency development, electoral and legal matters.

Series consists of records relating to the Party’s budgeting and financial reporting requirements.

Series contains CEMS financial statements, reports, fundraising campaign documents, and tax records.
