Series consists of administrative records of the Reform Party of Canada from the beginnings of the Party until it's reformation into the Canadian Alliance.

The lists include such information as the contributor's names, identification number (assigned by the Party for its own recordkeeping purposes), address, the constituency the contributor resided in, phone numbers, amount donated, dates, and whether a "rebate" was given.
Subseries consists of correspondence (letters and e-mails) relating to a variety of topics, but primarily concerning membership, donations, policy issues, Party expansion, and administrative matters. The communications coordinator or staff in the department the correspondence related to – i.e. policy – wrote the majority of the responses to incoming mail. Also includes macros for caucus and national office use with templates for specific correspondence topics.
Subseries consists of records created and collected by the director of constituency development and election readiness, Virgil Anderson. Includes constituency rankings, expansion committee records, strategy and liaison committee records and relevant notes, election and planning retreat files, regional strategy reports and committee records, Quebec strategy files, nominated candidate lists, survey reports constituency rankings, regional office files, constituency polling records, campaign management committee files, candidate training seminar files and other related records.
- Subseries consists of early administrative records of the Reform Party primarily created prior to a reorganization of the Party’s main functions along departmental lines in 1991. During the early years of the Party there was no formal administrative structure and hence these records relating to constituency development, fundraising, financial tracking, communications and policy appear to have been created and maintained by the Chief Administrative Officer, Donna Larson, who also acted in the capacity of manager of fundraising and membership development.
