Collection consists of British manuscript documents collected by E. Osborne relating to a variety of topics. Includes ballads, letters, play, parliamentary documents, speeches, petitions and applications for letters patent. Also includes 6 items (200?-2005) relating to MsC 132.27, unpublished play, variantly titled Marriage upon marriage, or As I told you before and The Humorous Magistrate. Also included are 10 copies of microfilm reels and transcriptions of images of an earlier version of The Humorous Magistrate and Osborne's annotations which are held at Arbury Hall in Warwickshire, UK. These micro films reels were acquired and transcribed as part of a SSHRC funded research project in 2008, led by Dr. Mary Polito, English Department University of Calgary. They were formally added to this collection in 2020.

There is extensive original, transcribed
and photocopied correspondence and other materials Eyck compiled on his research subjects for his book on Prince Albert, the Queen Victoria’s consort, and his biography on George Peabody Gooch.

Hess, Myra, DameCollection consists of photographs of geologic formations and topographic features; native peoples; northern communities; logging, mining, fishing and whaling activities; survey field parties; and miscellaneous subjects including some of U.S. Geologic Survey offices and staff.
Most photographs were taken in Alaska, but also represented are the Yukon, Virginia, Maryland and Texas. Texas photographs are of oil fields and refineries, ca. 1917. Most photographs are dated and include descriptive captions.

All of the material was sent to R. Shaumann's friend and neighbour, Anna Maria Boening, and was kept by her daughter, Annalise K. Walker.
Schaumann, RuthCollection consists of scene and costume design for operas, operettas, stage plays, films, revues and ballets, as well as for many unidentified productions. Many designs are undated. Design media include watercolour, gouache, pencil, charcoal and tempera. Designers represented include Percy Anderson (1851-1928), Georges Barbier (1882-1932), Alexandre Benois (1870-1960), Charles Betout (active ca. 1900-1939), Umberto Brunelleschi (1879-1949), Boris Bilinsky (1900-1948), Serge Soudeikine (1882-1946) and C. Wilhelm (1856-1925). Collection also includes Vanity Fair lithographs of actors and managers (ca. 1874-1912) and a series of engraved dramatic portraits.
File consists of holograph and typescript manuscripts of comedy routines, newsclippings of jokes and other comedy material, newsclippings of reviews of W. Van Allen's comedy act and promotional material for some performances. Some comedy material pasted into scrapbooks or other books, for example, one book contains carbon copies of 1927 orders for banjos and other musical instruments from unidentified British supplier.
