The fonds consists of constitution, annual reports, minutes, membership lists, correspondence, financial records, briefs, newsletters, conference proceedings and scrapbooks.

Fonds consists of student publications from the University of Alberta including New Trail (1949-1956, 1972-1987); Banff Conference agenda, summary of resolutions, and discussion papers (1961); UAC Conference on Higher Education background material (1961); Wauneita Society handbooks (1956-1961) and ephemera; and photos of Calgary Branch students (1945-1946), and administration buildings (n.d.). Fonds also consists of speeches, presentations, and articles by King-Shaw, and her Master of Arts thesis and PhD dissertation.
