Subseries contains LPCA constituency records. Files include correspondence, meeting materials, membership records, and other material related to the Liberal Associations of various Alberta constituencies. Many files include maps and information regarding their respective constituencies. Also includes photographs of unidentified Liberal Party members (possibly candidates?).

Series consists of records relating to constituency development and election readiness including such issues as creating, developing and organising constituency associations and choosing and preparing candidates for election campaigns.

Sub-subseries consists of records pertaining to the activities of and personnel within individual constituency associations that were of interest to national office for the time period of 1992-1997 with some earlier material from 1988-1991. Includes correspondence constituency constitutions, contact lists, news articles, reports, photographs of candidates and local events, newsletters, meeting minutes, and other related material.

Subseries consists of records created and collected by the director of constituency development and election readiness, Virgil Anderson. Includes constituency rankings, expansion committee records, strategy and liaison committee records and relevant notes, election and planning retreat files, regional strategy reports and committee records, Quebec strategy files, nominated candidate lists, survey reports constituency rankings, regional office files, constituency polling records, campaign management committee files, candidate training seminar files and other related records.

• Subseries consists of early administrative records of the Reform Party primarily created prior to a reorganization of the Party’s main functions along departmental lines in 1991. During the early years of the Party there was no formal administrative structure and hence these records relating to constituency development, fundraising, financial tracking, communications and policy appear to have been created and maintained by the Chief Administrative Officer, Donna Larson, who also acted in the capacity of manager of fundraising and membership development.

Subseries consists of records related to the administration of the Executive Council and various Executive Council positions such as correspondence, fundraising, assemblies, and memorabilia, mostly during the tenure of Diane Ablonczy as Chair of the Party.

Series consists of records created and accumulated by members of the Executive Council, the Executive Secretary who supported the Council and the Chair, and the Party’s standing and ad hoc committees.

Subseries consists of minutes and summary minutes of Executive Council meetings and the attachments provided to Council members for information such as financial material, correspondence, reports, and other material.

Subseries consists of the records created by and kept by the secretarial assistant to the Chair of the Executive Council relating to the activities of the Council. Includes ballots on resolutions, lists of Council members, Chair day files, strategic planning retreat files, an Executive Council manual, and various subject files.
