Biographical history
Canadian novelist, playwright, short fiction writer and educator Wayson Choy was born on April 20, 1939 in Vancouver, British Columbia. Studied at the University of British Columbia and taught English and creative writing at Humber College and the Humber School for Writers, Toronto, Ontario, from 1967 to 2004.
