      Note

Task forces were intended to develop a strategy that would eventually be considered by Executive Council to form interim policy and by Party Assemblies to form policy. Since grass roots input formed the basis of al Reform Party policy, task forces were required to solicit and receive grass roots input on the issue under investigation.
