Canadian painter, illustrator and author Illingworth Holey Kerr was born in Lumsden, Saskatchewan, in 1905. Died in Calgary, Alberta, on January 6, 1989. Biographical information available in A dictionary of Canadian artists, v. 3, pt. 1, p. 633-635.
