        Robert Cooper Cole lived in Lacombe, Alberta during the mid-1930s, and was an agent for Hambleys Electric Hatcheries Company. From 1936 to 1943 he was a driver for James Storage and Cartage in Calgary. He invented an improved cup and saucer which he unsuccessfully tried to patent.
