History
Edgar N. Young, ?-1962, came to Calgary, Alberta in the early 1910s and began work as a photographer for the W.J. Oliver studio. From the mid-1910s to the mid-1920s he operated a studio, Reeves and Young, in partnership with Sidney Richard Reeves. He resumed working for Oliver until about 1947 when he began doing freelance photography and also working as a sales representative for the Canadian Geographical Society. He retired in 1960. He remained single. He is often referred to in directories as Edward N. Young.
