History
Belle Delia Frank, 1906-[after 1981], was born in Port Essington, British Columbia. In 1924 she married Bill Watt and they had six children, Dorothy, Gordon, Marguerite, Danny, Douglas and Marilyn. They farmed in the High River area of Alberta from 1928 to 1940, then lived briefly in British Columbia before moving to Edmonton. In the 1960s Belle retired to Calgary.
