Biographical history
Roderick Alexander McRae, 1893-1967, was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba and moved to Medicine Hat, Alberta at a very young age. He joined the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) in 1909, moved to Calgary, Alberta in 1919, and retired from the Ogden shops in 1958. He and his wife Evelyn had one son, John Frederick.
