Biographical history
Richmond Perry Bird, 1885-1968, was born in England and came to Alberta in 1902. He homesteaded west of Olds in 1905. He and his wife, Violet, had five children, Edith (Garbutt), Marjorie (Campbell), Arthur, Charlie, and Ronnie.
