Biographical history
Raoul Green, 1874-1967, was born in Lachine, Quebec. He moved to Blairmore, Alberta in 1901 where he prospected and helped develop some of the coal mines. A mining engineer, he was employed by West Canadian Collieries ca. 1906, and rose to the position of superintendent before retiring in 1945. He and his wife, Henriette, ?-1950, had no children.
