Moore's note on original file folder states - "These are the first newspaper stories I ever had published. They were sent in secret from Warsaw by British Diplomatic bag, and published in the Dublin Sunday Independent. The year was 1946, as I remember". Articles concerning the Polish Parliament and the disappearance of prime minister M. Stanislaw Mickolajczyk (sic).
