- Correspondence between representatives of Playwrights Canada and Michael Cook.
- Correspondence relating to M. Cook's responsibilities as chairman of Playwrights Canada from September 13, 1981 to July 27, 1982. Includes financial statements, notices, agendas and minutes of board and executive meetings as well as correspondence, including many photocopies of letters sent to M. Cook by the executive director, relating to international tours and contacts, Stanley House conference, a proposed playwrights workshop at Stratford, establishment of reading rooms with scripts from Playwrights Canada, relations with Guild of Canadian Playwrights including the possibility of a merger and other business matters.
