Biographical history
Percy Alan Kelman, 1912- , was born in Australia and joined the Royal Australian Air Force. In August, 1943 he was posted to Edmonton, Alberta where he served in the No. 3 Manning Depot, and the No. 2 AOS. In March 1944 he was posted to Lachine, Quebec and he later served in England. He returned to Australia in May 1945.
