Biographical history
Mark Augustus Ethridge, 1869-1946, was born in Margaree, Nova Scotia and came to Calgary, Alberta in 1906. He worked as a building contractor until he retired in 1926. Ethridge married Elizabeth Amy 'Bessie' Eden, 1866-1942, in 1891, and they had six children, ?, Everett Clyde, 1893-1950, Lottie (Joiner), Maude and Fred and Ethel, 1903-.

The records were found by P. Mahaffey, who lived in the former Ethridge home.
