Biographical history
Margaret M. W. Meyer, 1907-1999, was born in Didsbury, Alberta and she attended the Olds School of Agriculture from 1926 to 1927. She moved to Calgary where she attended Garbutt Business College and was then employed by the Imperial Life Assurance Company. She was active in theatre and Lutheran Church groups as well as the Canadian Hostelling Association. She married James O'Brien in 1943 and moved to Edmonton. She had at least one child, Laura (Miller).
