Consists of notebooks (68 items) containing fiction and non-fiction and untitled fragments (13 items) followed by two subseries : fiction (1015 items) and non- fiction (949 items). Fiction manuscripts include film treatments, novels, poetry, short stories, short story collections and a teleplay arranged alphabetically by form, then chronologically within each group, except for short stories which are arranged alphabetically by title. Non- fiction manuscripts include a journal, book reviews arranged chronologically and other non-fiction (articles, essays, speeches, etc.) Arranged alphabetically by title.
