  • File consists of copy editor Ross MacKay's proof copy of Anthology, with copy editing throughout. Includes letters from R. MacKay, ECW Press editor, to Paul Davies (1986 August 8-22), forwarding the manuscript with instructions for printing. R. MacKay's letters enclose letters from George Bowering, Martin Kevan and W.J. Keith relating to corrections in essays and to biographical material to be included. Also includes letter from Louis Dudek (1986 August 21) containing biographical information. Missing from manuscript are John Metcalf's introduction; Louis Dudek's Shit on your mitt, Mr. Frye; and Ralph Gustafson's An elegy for discourse. Includes two drafts of Douglas Gibson's essay and two copies of most poems. Original file folder contained handwritten annotation "Bumper Proofs - Set 1 (Ross) (Ross' Set)."
