Biographical history
Lorne McDonald, 1891-1934, was born in Huntington, Quebec and his family moved to Calgary, Alberta in 1900. In 1906 he moved to a ranch in the Hand Hills with various family members. He married Hannah Moore and they had two children, Lorne, Jr. and Ruth (Howard). Lorne, Jr. married Phyllis Morton.
