Daniel Lindley was educated at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) and Mount Royal University in Calgary. He worked at Collectors Gallery of Fine Art (1993-2003), Image 54 Art Gallery & Custom Framing (2003-2007), and the Keystone Art Gallery (2007-2012). He was also a guest curator at Tiny Gallery (2014-2015) and Gallery 505 (2015-2016). Lindley was a board member of the Calgary Allied Arts Foundation (2006-2013).
