        History

Cornelia Lehn grew up on a farm in Saskatchewan and received her MA from the University of Iowa. Most of her working life was spent as an educational journalist for the General Conference Mennonite Church, and she has written several religious books for children. She was a friend of Mary Percy Jackson, a physician, and Frank Jackson, a farmer, who were long-time residents of Keg River in northern Alberta. The Jacksons received the Master Farm Family award in 1953. In the late 1980s Cornelia retired to Chilliwack, British Columbia.
