Dr. Lampard was born in Red Deer Alberta in 1940 and served as Pilot Officer in the Royal Canadian Air Force before graduating from the University of Alberta with a medical degree in 1964. Lampard was the Medical Director of the Foothills Hospital from 1968-1981 and Medical Director of the Michener Centre in Red Deer Alberta from 1983-2010. He is the author of over a hundred articles, sixteen books, is a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow and has received several citations from the Rotary Club.
