History
Peter Koval, 1905-1993, was born in Slovakia and emigrated to Canada in 1928 to work on farms in Saskatchewan. He married Anna Bazilej about 1930 and three years later began work in road construction in Saskatchewan and Alberta with Gibbs Construction and Continental Construction. Koval became a Canadian citizen in 1937. He later joined Standard General Construction in Calgary. He and his wife had at least three children, two sons and daughter Anne.
