Biographical history
Korah W. Snider, [?-ca. 1906], worked as a photographer in Kingston, Ontario and Calgary, Alberta. He came to Calgary about 1893 and later worked in partnership with his nephew, E.B. Curlette. His photographs of Calgarians posing in front of their homes, ca. 1899, were published in three editions, [1900] to 1905, entitled Picturesque Calgary. He and his wife had at least one daughter, Mrs. MacNeill.
