        History

        Canadian politician, he was a Member of Parliament 1993-2000 with the Reform Party of Canada and its successor the Canadian Alliance. He then moved to provincial politics and was a member of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan as a member of the Saskatchewan Party 2003-2007. Following the 2019 federal election, Kerpan became involved with the Western separatist movement known as Wexit Canada, later renamed the Maverick Party, where he was Interim Deputy Leader 2022-2025.
