        Harold Kalman (b. 1943) is a heritage conservation specialist and architectural historian based in Victoria, British Columbia. After receiving a Ph.D. in Art and Archaeology from Princeton University (1971) he went on to teach at the University of British Columbia (1968-1975). In 1975 he went on to become a consultant for the history and conservation of architecture across Canada. He has published numerous volumes on Canadian architecture and has been awarded for his work in this field, including the Order of Canada (Member) in 2012.
