Joseph John Cole, 1880-1956, migrated with his brothers, William Henry Cole, 1885-?, and Thomas Albert Cole, 1887-?, from Glyn-Neath, Glamorgan, Wales, to Bankhead, Alberta around 1901 or 1902. He worked in the coal mine at Bankhead and retired to Calgary, Alberta. His wife was Lillian Ophelia Cole.
