Biographical history
John Lloyd Orr, 1889-1975, came to Calgary, Alberta with his family in 1901 and worked as an electrician and electrical contractor. He retired in 1956. His wife, Mayme Schultze, 1888-1973, was a dressmaker and owned her own shop in Medicine Hat prior to her marriage in 1919. They had one daughter, Evelyn (Reddington).
