Biographical history
Jessie Cadman, raised in Calgary, Alberta, initially trained to be a stenographer but undertook further studies in voice at the Royal Academy of Music in London. She subsequently pursued a career as a music teacher from the at least the 1940s to the 1960s, working out of her family home in northwest Calgary. She retired to British Columbia.
