Rees Carlyle Hugh, ?-1967, was born in London, England and came to Canada as a child. He served in the army during First World War. After the war he moved to western Canada and served with the Royal Bank for 40 years. He was involved with the Boy Scouts and was Provincial Commissioner of Boy Scouts during the Second World War. In Calgary, Alberta he was a member of the Danish Canadian Club and the Elks. He and his wife, Kathleen, had one son, Fabian.
