Biographical history
Howard John G. Exton, 1894-1979, was born in England and came to Calgary in 1910. He served overseas in the 31st Battalion during First World War and lived briefly in England after the war. He married Sylvia Elizabeth,[?-ca. 1971], and returned to Calgary. He worked as an accountant with the Southern Alberta Land Titles office, Gainers White Transit, Alberta Transport, Alberta Box and the Canadian Legion. He and his wife had one son, Brian.
