Herbert Welford, 1867-1940, operated a photo studio in Winnipeg, Manitoba from about 1897 to 1907, then moved to Vancouver, British Columbia. He and his wife, Margaret, 1867-1946, had five children, Harry Cecil, 1897-1958, Evelyn Grace, William F., Nora, 1900-1974, and Mary Margaret, 1912-1942.
