History
George T. Henderson, 1884-1969, was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and came to Canmore, Alberta in 1886 and to Calgary in 1898. He was a water foreman for the City of Calgary from 1912-1952. He married Marguerite Lusk and they had four children, W. Harry, Ruth (Hammer), Shirley (Mote), and Georgina (Plunkett).
