Helen Caddick of Birmingham, England, travelled across Canada in 1891, and continued on to Japan the following year. She kept a diary in which she recorded details of her trip. During the Canadian part of her trip she visited Montreal, Winnipeg, Banff, Vancouver and Victoria.
