Harold Pfeiffer was born in Quebec City, Quebec, educated at the School of Fine Arts in Quebec, and is based in Ottawa, Ontario as a sculptor. His work consists largely of sculpted clay faces of native and other Canadians, and has been exhibited across Canada.
