Biographical history
Gerardo Zaghetto, 1914-2013, was born in Italy and immigrated to Calgary, Alberta in 1949, along with his wife Rosa, and two daughters. He was one of the first Italians to come to Calgary after the Second World War. He was employed by Weismose Furniture from 1950 until his retirement in 1980. He was active in the Circolo Crociato and the Calgary Italian Club.

Scope and content
The fonds consists of photographs (1947, 1961-1969) of the Zaghetto and Manzara families, and of the Circolo Corciato Social Club. Also consists of a recorded interview with Gerardo Zaghetto by Glenbow archivist Tonia Fanella (2001).
