George Clement Grainger, 1922-1972, was employed in the petroleum industry in Calgary, Alberta. During the Korean War he served with the 403rd Squadron, Royal Canadian Air Force, based in Calgary. His wife's name was Elizabeth.

Before her death Elizabeth Grainger gave the photos to Darrell Knight.
