Geneva Stump, 1943-2011, a resident of the Rocky Boy reservation in Montana, USA, compiled this information for genealogical purposes. The Rocky Boy reservation was established in 1916 as a home for a mixed band of Chippewa (led by Chief Rocky Boy, who died in 1917) and Cree who fled from Canada following the 1885 Riel Rebellion (North West Rebellion) (led by Little Bear or Imasees, who died in 1921.)
