Name of creator
Frank Goble worked on the construction of the Chief Mountain Highway in Waterton Lakes National Park during the Depression. The Highway was built as a relief project. He described his experiences in a memoir published by the Waterton Natural History Association. He gathered photographs from Effie Barnes Black, John Hanson, and Mrs. Jack Giddie to illustrate his text.
