Folder 1 has holograph annotation on first page "Final draft gone over by Gerald on Jan. 9/83." original file folder had annotation "ready for final copying - not quite." Folder 2 consists of almost clean copy of very similar draft which incorporates some of holograph revisions of Folder 1.
