Biographical history
Ernest Fleury, 1906-1990, was born in St. Peters, Jersey in the English Channel Islands and trained as an accountant. He joined the Royal Canadian Artillery in 1940 and served for the duration of Second World War. He then worked as an accountant and grain buyer for Alberta Distillers in Alberta until he retired in the early 1970s. He and his wife, Mabel, had at least one daughter, Lynn (Lambert).
