Biographical history
Eric Connelly, 1910-2004, was born in Amble, Northumberland, England and came with his family to Canada in 1911. He served in the Second World War. Connelly was a chartered accountant and worked with or volunteered with a large number of local organizations including Pembina Pipeline, Panaractic Oils, Barber Engineering, Mannix/Loram, Chartered Accountants of Alberta, Canadian Executive Services Overseas, Calgary Stampede, Heritage Park, Glenbow Museum, Rotary Club, Masons, and Shriners. He and his wife Barbara, ?-1982, had one son Brian. He married a second time to Ada de Beaufort.
