      The prospectus outlines a project for Canadian climbers to climb K2, the world's second highest mountain, and gives biographical and climbing information for the proposed team.

      The team's first objective would be to climb Mount Logan in Canada, secondly to climb Sia Kangri in Pakistan, and last Falchan Kangri.
