The Crow's Nest Pass Golf Association was established in southern Alberta and British Columbia in 1922. The association held annual tournaments hosted by member clubs from Kimberley, Cranbrook and Fernie, British Columbia, and Coleman, Blairmore, Pincher Creek, Lethbridge and Fort Macleod, Alberta.
