Biographical history
Charles Herbert Baker, 1864-1950, joined the North-West Mounted Police (NWMP) in Ottawa, Ontario in 1885 and was involved in the Northwest Rebellion that year. He later served in the Fort Macleod, Alberta district. Baker retired to Vancouver, British Columbia.
